Leanne Livengood Dale has been defending a wide variety of workers’ compensation cases for employers and their carriers for the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP since 2002.  Prior to moving to the practice of law, Leanne worked for Disability Determination Services making disability decisions for Social Security.

Leanne enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, from national retail stores to regional hospitals and other businesses of all types and sizes. She has successfully* defended many injury by accident and occupational disease cases, by obtaining an excellent result at mediation or through litigation. Leanne has also obtained many fully favorable decisions* at Deputy and Full Commission levels.
