Seth Beckley is an attorney in the Raleigh office. A native of South Carolina, Seth returned to the Carolinas after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. Seth currently practices primarily in construction, premises, product liability, professional liability, and trucking and commercial transportation. He has litigated matters in state and federal court, in FINRA and AAA arbitration, and before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He is also experienced in the pre-suit investigation of racing and commercial trucking accidents. Before joining Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, Seth was an attorney at a small law firm in Raleigh that focused on defending professionals and cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths.
Born and raised in Clemson, South Carolina, Seth graduated from the Calhoun Honors College at Clemson University in 2008. An avid football fan, Seth coached at his local high school while attending Clemson. When there is not a game on, Seth and his wife enjoy traveling and trying to keep up with their dog, Chewie.
