WILMINGTON (July 17, 2012) – Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH) is pleased to announce that attorneys Benton Toups and Jason Toups have been selected as speakers for the 2012 North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (NCSHRM) State Conference which will be held at the Wilmington Convention Center September 19-21.

Toups and Toups will give a presentation titled: “Workplace Injuries – Managing the Claim (and the Employee) from Beginning to End.”

About Benton Toups
Benton’s practice concentrates on representing businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has experience assisting employers with claims of harassment and discrimination under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act (REDA), as well as claims for unpaid wages and overtime pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act.
