Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH Law) today announced that Jeremy Hopkins has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as a Partner with the Land Condemnation & Eminent Domain Practice Group.

Before relocating to Raleigh, he was a partner with Waldo & Lyle, P.C. in Norfolk, Virginia where his practice was dedicated exclusively to representing property owners in eminent domain and property rights matters.  He has successfully represented property owners, from Fortune 100 companies to individual business and homeowners, in all types of eminent domain cases in state and federal courts. In his previous position, Jeremy was chosen to serve as Virginia’s sole representative in the Owner’s Counsel of America, a group of attorneys recognized nationally as leaders in the practice of eminent domain. Only one attorney in each state can hold the position.

He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and has successfully* represented property owners before the Virginia Supreme Court.

Jeremy is a graduate of the William and Mary School of Law.
