Nick Valaoras, an attorney in the Charlotte office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH), was recently published in the September 2012 issue of Course & Scope, an e-newsletter for the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Workers’ Compensation Section.

Valaoras’ article, “Is It True That ‘What Happens At Mediation, Stays At Mediation?’” addresses confidentiality and admissibility issues in the context of the mediated settlement conference. As well as being a member of the NCBA Workers’ Compensation Section, Valaoras is a frequent speaker at seminars before workers’ compensation insurance carriers, employers and rehabilitation professionals on various topics.
