On Jan. 22, Richard Boyette will serve as the moderator for a panel discussion for the 2015 DRI Corporate Counsel Roundtable.  The panel discussion is entitled “Expanding the Playing Field: How Current Sports Law Issues May Impact Corporations.” Panelists include general counsel of two major sports organizations and a former law school dean and professor with expertise in sports law.

This is an invitation-only DRI program designed for General Counsel and Heads of Litigation of Fortune 500 companies. The two-day seminar also includes sessions about best practices for avoiding corporate theft, litigation trends, crisis response and an update on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Richard serves as the Chair of the Product Liability, Professional Negligence and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice groups at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP.

The two-day seminar is scheduled for Jan. 22-23 at the St. Regis New York in New York City.
