MARSHALL WALL (Raleigh) and a former CSH Law attorney received a “no cause” finding from the EEOC in a claim of age discrimination against a municipality. Claimant alleged that he was not hired for a position despite being the best qualified applicant. Our attorneys were able to show that the town routinely hired candidates who were the claimant’s age and older for similar positions and were also able to refute his claim that his qualifications were superior to the other candidates.
