Jason Stiles is the Office Services Director for Cranfill Sumner LLP. In this role, he oversees the service teams across the firm by implementing procedures and training. Office Services provides support to the attorneys and their staff through document management, deposition/mediation/trial prep, tracking and maintaining supply inventories and office equipment, along with a variety of other tasks related to the daily operation of each office.
Before joining CSH, Jason honorably served a four-year enlistment in the USMC and received a B.A. from The Master’s University. The leadership skills and attention to detail he acquired in the Service have been instrumental in his role at CSH.
Since joining the firm as an Office Services Manager in 2017, he has worked with members of every department on various projects to standardize hiring and training practices for Office Services across the firm’s 3 locations. He has conducted trainings on computer programs to maximize efficiency in support of the firm’s Paperless Initiative, developed and shared a progress tracker with staff firm-wide, and created the Career Development Program for the Office Services Assistants.
In his free time, Jason enjoys being with his wife and their three children, who always make life fun wherever they happen to be.
