Beverly Tyndall is a litigation paralegal in the firm’s Raleigh office. Beverly supports attorneys Ryan Shuirman and Kelley Petcavich.

Beverly began her career as a legal assistant in 2008 and within two years evolved into a paralegal focused on matters defending medical professionals in medical malpractice cases. She is now established in her career with over 15 years of experience. Her strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for each client are qualities that set her apart as a legal professional. Before finding her way into the legal field, Beverly was a graphic designer for 12 years, giving her a variety of technical skills and experience to bring to the table.

Beverly’s free time is spent on a variety of hobbies. As a true bibliophile, Beverly enjoys reading self-help books and mystery novels. She finds joy in traveling and visiting new restaurants to savor the fine cuisine. Most of her free time is spent with her loving family and friends.
