Terrie L. Nelson joined the Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP team after graduating from Campbell University School of Law in 2018. As an associate attorney in the Raleigh office, Terrie works primarily with the civil litigation section.
Before joining CSH Law, Terrie clerked with CSH Law two consecutive summers, gaining essential skills as a civil litigator. Before attending Campbell, she worked for the New Hanover and Pender County District Attorney’s Office as a Victim Witness Legal Advocate for two years. While attending Campbell, Terrie was the recipient of the Cheshire Schneider Advocacy Scholarship, a member of Campbell’s mock trial team, co-chaired the Domestic Violence Advocacy Pro Bono Project, and served as president of the Student Bar Association. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
Prior to law school, Terrie attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Communication Studies and magna cum laude with a M.A. in Conflict Management and Resolution.
