Eleanor Gilroy has been appointed the Co-Chair of the Foundation and Development Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD). Gilroy previously served as a member of the committee prior to beginning her term as co-chair in August 2019.
The Foundation and Development Committee helps raise funds to benefit the North Carolina Bar Foundation’s many outreach programs, including, but not limited to, Wills for Heroes, 4ALL Statewide Service Day, and NC Free Legal Answers.
Gilroy, Co-Chair Nick Leger, and team are responsible for the statewide Brewing for the Greater Good fundraising event. This year’s event will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 from 5-7 pm in Raleigh (Lynnwood Brewing Concern), Wilmington (Waterline Brewing), Greensboro (The Bearded Goat), Charlotte (NoDa Brewing Company), and Asheville (Dssolvr).
