Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Elizabeth Leonard has received an AV® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Leonard is an attorney based in the firm’s Charlotte office.

The Martindale-Hubbell AV® Rating is a peer review rating system designed to reflect an attorney’s ethical standards and professional ability.  It surveys attorney colleagues across multiple geographic locations and jurisdictions. Attorneys are rated using five key areas: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.

Elizabeth has experience representing contractors, architects, municipalities, and other business professionals in construction disputes, professional liability cases, and other complex civil litigation matters. She defends clients from a broad array of claims ranging from negligence, breach of contract/warranties, and negligent hiring/supervision to fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

She received her law degree from William & Mary Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
