Jason Stiles has been honored as one of the 2022 Unsung Legal Heroes by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly. This award recognizes the staff members of law firms statewide who show dedication to their careers.

He is the Office Services Manager of the Cranfill Sumner LLP Wilmington office.

“Jason is truly an Unsung Legal Hero within all of our offices. His attention to detail and ability to organize and streamline processes can be felt firmwide and has helped improve and streamline many of our firm’s processes,” said Marshall Wall, Managing Partner of Cranfill Sumner.

He oversees the Wilmington office services team, which provides support to the attorneys and their staff by managing documents electronically, assisting with deposition/mediation/trial prep, tracking supply inventories, and maintaining office equipment, along with a variety of other tasks related to the daily operation of the office.

Since joining Cranfill Sumner in 2017, he has worked with members of the marketing and HR departments on various projects to standardize hiring and training practices for Office Services across the 3 locations. He has conducted trainings on computer programs to maximize efficiency in support of the firm’s Paperless Initiative. He developed and shared a progress tracker with staff firm-wide and created the Career Development Program for the Office Services Assistants, both of which are designed to promote personal and career growth.

Stiles honorably served a four-year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps and received a bachelor’s degree from The Master’s University.
