Marshall Wall, Managing Partner of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, served on a panel discussion during the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) Virtual Fall Seminar. The panel discussed “Leadership and Practice Management During Disruption” and was held on Oct. 2.
The panel included leaders from various North Carolina law firms who discussed how their firms adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic. They discussed tips for managing and working with a remote team, the ethics of supervising remote workers, and skills for supervisors and team leaders
