Mica Nguyen Worthy, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner LLP (CSH Law), spoke on a panel at the 2021 Timely Aspects and Updates on International Law program with the South Carolina Bar Association on Jan. 19.
Mica spoke on the panel “Hot Topics and Recent Developments in International Mediation & Arbitration” along with Riche T. McKnight, General Counsel, Ultimate Fighting Championship. The seminar’s topics included the effectiveness of international arbitration and advantages of enforcement of arbitral awards, the Singapore Convention on mediation, and the evolving nature of virtual hearings and mediations in international disputes.
Mica is based in the Charlotte office of CSH Law and is Chair of the firm’s International Business Law practice group.
