Patrick Mincey, Co-Chair of the Criminal Defense Practice Group at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (CSH Law), was recently named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, an invitation-only organization comprised of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation.
Based in the Wilmington office of CSH Law, Mincey has represented clients charged with serious felonies including murder, rape, burglary, assaults, and drug trafficking, and has extensive experience representing clients charged with DWI and other misdemeanors. He represents clients in state and federal appellate courts, and has argued before the North Carolina Supreme Court and North Carolina Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Davidson College and the Mercer University School of Law.
