Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (Cranfill Sumner) today announced that R. Robert El-Jaouhari has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as an associate attorney. He will focus his practice in civil litigation.
El-Jaouhari formerly practiced general civil litigation and commercial real estate in Greensboro, N.C. and practices in North Carolina’s state courts and federal district and bankruptcy courts.
He earned undergraduate degrees in philosophy and history at North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in philosophy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. He studied law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with honors after serving on the First Amendment Law Review and the Holderness Moot Court’s international law team.
