Cranfill Sumner LLP (CSH Law) today announced that Robert El-Jaouhari has received an AV® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is an associate attorney based in the Raleigh office of CSH Law.
The Martindale-Hubbell AV® Rating is a peer review rating system designed to reflect an attorney’s ethical standards and professional ability. It surveys attorney colleagues across multiple geographic locations and jurisdictions. Attorneys are rated using five key areas including Legal Knowledge, Analytical Capabilities, Judgment, Communication Ability and Legal Experience.
Robert is a real estate litigator with experience in multi-million-dollar disputes arising out of purchase and sale transactions, six-figure underground utility claims with loss-of-use components, construction disputes and liens, commercial leasing, collections, and creditors’ rights in their debtors’ bankruptcies. He has represented commercial developers, general contractors and subcontractors, property owners’ associations, real estate professionals such as realtors, architects, and attorneys, and purchasers in commercial real estate transactions both as a litigator and as a closing attorney.
He earned undergraduate degrees in philosophy and history at N.C. State University, a master’s in philosophy from Duquesne University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
