A whistleblower and firm client’s “testimony and trove of records have challenged the main engine of [Donald J.] Trump’s post-presidential business ambitions, a venture that once commanded multibillion-dollar valuations with lofty promises to overtake the titans of American tech.” That is according to a front-page story in the Sunday edition of a Washington Post profile of Will Wilkerson who is represented by attorneys Patrick Mincey, Stephen Bell, and Phil Brewster. In addition to the New York Post, one of Britain’s largest news outlets, The Daily Mail in London, has also profiled Wilkerson’s whistleblowing activity.
Wilkerson was a co-founder and former senior vice president of operations at Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG). The representation has received extensive media attention, including March 2023 reports from The Guardian which detail Wilkerson’s cooperation with federal investigators with the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission concerning suspicious offshore loans to TMTG with alleged Kremlin ties.
