IR Global membership is comprised of individuals from the highest-quality boutique and mid-sized firms with extensive experience in cross-border matters. With 1,300 members in more than 160 international jurisdictions throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, the invitation-only membership is limited exclusively to select individuals from one firm, per practice area, per jurisdiction, ensuring the best niche expertise in each member’s geographic area. IR Global members partner with like-minded international lawyers, advisors and firms which are active, innovative and business-oriented. Group members have a special focus on finance, accounting, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, employment, tax, insolvency and other corporate disputes.
“We are honored to accept this invitation and join our IR Global member-colleagues domestically and abroad,” Mincey said. “This opportunity underscores the quality and international reach of services our White Collar Practice Group provides clients operating in so many different industries, from finance and commercial trade to navigating any variety of investigations led by foreign governments. We look forward to offering our unique skillset to, and strengthening relationships with, firms all over the world as we continually expand services to clients wherever they may conduct business.”
