Susan Hofer and Mica Worthy Obtained Dismissal with Prejudice for an Air Carrier Client

Susan Hofer (Charlotte) and Mica Worthy (Charlotte) obtained dismissal with prejudice for an air carrier client in an action involving the application of the Montreal Convention. Plaintiff alleged damages resulting from an alleged refusal to board an aircraft from an international flight. Mica filed a Motion to Dismiss based on the exclusive remedies and statute of limitations of the Montreal Convention, with which the Court agreed and thus granted the dismissal with prejudice.
