2022 Workers’ Compensation Case Law Update
The past year has seen many interesting and impactful appellate decisions in North Carolina Workers’ Compensation law. Please join Brad Kline and Nick Valaoras as they discuss a number of the most relevant decisions. For each case, Brad and Nick will review the facts as well as the arguments made by both sides. The course will also be interactive, as Brad and Nick will then present different potential outcomes and request the attendees submit what they believe to be the correct answer. At that point, the ultimate ruling of the Court will be revealed. Brad and Nick will then address the Court’s holding and offer practical tips to the attendees on how each ruling will affect the practice of Workers’ Compensation in North Carolina.
