During this webinar, our Employment attorneys will discuss a range of issues facing employers today, including common employment‑law myths related to wage and hour rules, non‑compete agreements, and discrimination claims; frequent mistakes in employee discipline such as inconsistent enforcement, delayed action, and inadequate documentation; and the workplace challenges created by employee social media activity, from hiring considerations to disciplinary decisions and policy needs.
