On Nov. 9, Andy Olsen participated in a panel discussion about “Let’s Talk: End of Life Care is Everyone’s Business.” The panel discussed issues that families should consider as family members age including will creation and advance directives.

The panel was part of the Health Transformation Lecture Series sponsored by the University of North Carolina at Wilmington College of Health and Human Services (CHHS), Brunswick Community College, Cape Fear Community College and the South East Area Education Center. The Health Transformation Lecture Series is an annual event that includes nationally recognized speakers discussing recent changes in health care and issues affecting health care delivery and finance.

Andy serves as the Chair of the Elder Law & Estate Planning Practice Group at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP and is based in the firm’s Wilmington office.
