Benton Toups, an attorney in the Wilmington office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (Cranfill Sumner), was featured in a Feb. 12 news story on WECT-6, Wilmington’s NBC station.

Benton provided insight into the legal implications surrounding usage of legal marijuana in Colorado while on vacation and the legal impact it may have on employment for North Carolinians.

Benton currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Employment Law practice at Cranfill Sumner and concentrates his practice on representing businesses in all aspects of Labor and Employment Law.
