On Sept. 15, Brad Kline and Nick Valaoras hosted the 2022 Workers’ Compensation Case Law Update. It was held as part of the Cranfill Sumner LLP webinar series.
They reviewed some of 2022’s most interesting and impactful appellate decisions in North Carolina Workers’ Compensation law.
Throughout the interactive webinar, they reviewed the facts as well as the arguments made by both sides, presented different potential outcomes and allowed attendees to submit what they believed to be the correct answer, and ultimately announced the final ruling of the Court. Brad and Nick also address the Court’s holding and offered practical tips on how each ruling may affect the practice of Workers’ Compensation in North Carolina.
