Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Kayla Pinkava and Tracy Smith have joined the firm’s Wilmington office. Kayla is a Legal Assistant and Paralegal, and Tracy is a Paralegal.
They will both support attorney Rebecca Knudson.
Kayla Pinkava is a Paralegal and Legal Assistant. Her previous experience includes serving as a PIP Arbitration paralegal in New Jersey. She has experience in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Family Law. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Paralegal Certification Program at Ocean County College.
Tracy Smith is a Paralegal. She was previously a Paralegal in the Class Action practice of a multi-national plaintiff’s law firm. She also has previous experience supporting attorneys in Intellectual Property law, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation. Smith graduated from Meredith College with a bachelor’s degree in American history and a paralegal certificate.
