Mica Nguyen Worthy, Melanie Huffines and Savannah Putnam wrote “Discovering the Widening U.S. Circuit Split on Discovery Orders from ‘Foreign and International Tribunals’ under U.S.C. § 1782” which discusses the impact the statute has on international arbitration.

Mica is a Partner based in the CSH Law Charlotte office and a member of the IADC, and she is the International Business Law Practice Group leader. Melanie is an attorney based in the firm’s Wilmington office and a member of the International Business Law practice group.
