Deedee Gasch has been appointed to serve as Treasurer of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) Board of Directors. Her appointment by the Board President occurred at the NRRDA Annual Conference in Amelia Island, Florida, in February 2026.
Deedee began a three-year term on the Board of Directors in March 2025 and is one of only four attorneys in the state of North Carolina who has been accepted to membership in NRRDA. She is the only member attorney east of Raleigh and is the only North Carolina attorney in the history of the organization to serve on the Board. She has served on the Annual Conference and New Member Committees during her NRRDA membership and continues to volunteer in those capacities.
NRRDA requires its members to concentrate their practices in serving the interests of the retail and restaurant industries and requires attorneys to submit references who can verify an attorney’s competency and advocacy of clients within these industries.
Deedee is a Partner in the Wilmington office of Cranfill Sumner LLP and is Chair of the firm’s Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality Practice Group.
