Deedee Gasch, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner LLP, served on the “Using Science to Shape Strategy: Accident Reconstruction in Claims Defense” panel during the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) 2025 Lighthouse Seminar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event was held Oct. 23.
Speaking alongside industry leaders, Deedee discussed how accident reconstruction can be used to disprove or reframe claims in litigation. The panel walked through real case examples and highlighted how storytelling through science can influence outcomes and strengthen defense strategies.
