Deedee Gasch, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner LLP (CSH Law), has been selected to membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

The FDCC is an organization of leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction. According to its website, the FDCC is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.
FDCC membership is by nomination only and must be approved by the organization’s Board of Directors. There are approximately 1,400 members from the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Puerto Rico.
Gasch is based in CSH Law’s Wilmington office and serves as chair of the firm’s Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality Practice Group. She is also actively involved in defending healthcare providers against general negligence and medical malpractice claims.
