The June 1 online edition of the Greater Wilmington Business Journal featured “An Employer’s Basic Primer to the Affordable Care Act,” an Insights article that was published as part of Benton Toups’s bi-monthly series for the Journal that was written by Kara Gansmann, a fellow Cranfill Sumner colleague.

This article is the first part of a two-part series about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) where Kara will help provide an overview and insights to employers about the ACA. The final part of the series will be published on June 15.

Benton and Kara are attorneys based in the Wilmington office of Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP.  Benton is the Vice-Chair of the Employment Law practice group at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, and Kara has helped business clients navigate healthcare laws under the Affordable Care Act, including specifically those employers with variable hour employees.
