Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (Cranfill Sumner) today announced that John “Jack” Wright has joined its Charlotte office as an associate attorney. He focuses his practice in the areas of employment and municipal law.
Prior to joining Cranfill Sumner, Wright worked at a civil defense litigation firm that specialized in insurance defense, medical negligence defense, and administrative law as it relates to the privileges and licensing of physicians. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable John Hankins McDowell in the Washington County Circuit Court in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Wright is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school he supplemented his legal education by serving as Senior Article Editor for the School’s National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review.
