Kara Gansmann served as Co-Planner for the 23rd Annual Elder & Special Needs Law Symposium presented by the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA). The event is being held Feb. 21-22 at the Pinehurst Resort.
The symposium featured topics ranging from taxation of trusts and the use of pooled special needs trusts to strategies for maximizing asset protection.
Kara is a Partner in the Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP Elder Law and Estate Planning Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Wilmington office. She serves on the NCBA Elder and Special Needs Law Section Council.
