Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Lori Bryant has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as a Paralegal.
Bryant has more than 13 years of experience supporting complex commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions, including LIHTC and NMTC deals. She has led closing coordination on large-scale LIHTC portfolio transactions totaling $67.8 million in net equity across 40 properties, managing due diligence processes and coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient closings.
She previously worked at an AmLaw 100 firm based in Princeton, New Jersey, and has experience in due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction logistics and also supported regulatory and land use matters with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Shaw University and an ABA-approved diploma in Paralegal Studies from New York University.
