Marshall Wall, Managing Partner of Cranfill Sumner LLP, has been selected for inclusion in the 2023 Managing Partners to Watch list by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly.
The list is comprised of Managing Partners who have helped their firms grow revenue, grow/maintain their talent base, kept their firms active in their communities, and pushed their firms to achieve important milestones or goals.
In addition to being the Managing Partner of Cranfill Sumner, he is also the Chair of the firm’s Business Law and Cyber Liability and Privacy Law Practice Groups.
He represents clients in a wide range of matters including employment law advice, business litigation, risk management, and corporate formation and governance issues. He has a particular interest in privacy and data security and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) designation. He is board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in Privacy and Information Security. He was part of the first class of attorneys in North Carolina to be certified in this area of the law.
He is a graduate of the Campbell Law School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
