Mica Nguyen Worthy, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner LLP (CSH Law), was recently featured as an alumna of the Bar Leadership Institute (BLI) of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. She graduated from the BLI in 2012.

The BLI program is designed to train and develop attorneys interested in leadership within the Mecklenburg County Bar/Mecklenburg Bar Foundation. Each BLI class is comprised of 15-20 attorneys who have been practicing law for at least three years and who have been selected through a competitive process. Those selected are active in community organizations and are interested in leadership positions within the Mecklenburg County Bar and Bar Foundation.

Several CSH Law attorneys have been selected to participate in the prestigious program and develop their leadership skills. These skills have served and will serve Mica well in her endeavors as the Chair of the International Business Practice Group at CSH Law, the current Chair of the Charlotte International Arbitration Society, and the incoming Chair of the International Arbitration Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
