Mica Nguyen Worthy served as a panelist on the topic of “Arbitrating with Expertise: How to Develop, Market, and Find Skilled Counsel and Arbitrators for Specialty Arbitrations,” about her experiences and knowledge in Aviation arbitrations.
The panel addressed best practices and tips for initiating and handling arbitrations involving Aviation, International Arbitration and Construction disputes. The panel highlighted the nuances of each of the specialty arbitrations, including practical considerations and challenges. The panel further identified tips for marketing their services in their respective industries and the value of tapping into key resources like the IADC.
