Missy Donovan Appointed to NCBA’s Appellate Rules Committee

Missy Donovan, a paralegal in Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP’s Raleigh office, has been appointed to the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Appellate Rules Committee.

The NCBA Appellate Rules Committee is comprised of attorneys, judges, Supreme Court Justices and clerks of the appellate courts.  Missy, the first non-attorney to be appointed to the committee, will serve as the committee’s Paralegal Liaison.

The committee focuses on improving the quality of the appellate practice in North Carolina and meets regularly to discuss appellate problems and possible solutions. Information about the NCBA Appellate Rules Committee can be found at here.
