Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Marissa Gaugler and Kadeelyn McGinnis have joined the firm’s Raleigh office as paralegals.

Marissa Gaugler has been a paralegal since 2014 and has worked in California, Colorado and Washington state. She was trained in Litigation and can advance a case from inception through appeal. She now assists attorneys in the Cranfill Sumner Business Law practice group.

Gaugler received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver and an associate degree and paralegal certificate from Coastline Community College.

Kadeelyn McGinnis began her career as a Legal Assistant for a small Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation firm. Since then, she has gained experience as a Paralegal working in Insurance Defense Civil Litigation, personal injury, trademarks and patent litigation, and family law.

McGinnis received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and Paralegal Certificate from North Carolina State University.
