Part 2 of “An Employer’s Basic Primer to the Affordable Care Act” was published on the Greater Wilmington Business Journal’s Insights page today.
The Insights article, “Look-Back, Employers, for Those Variable Hour Employees,” was published as part of Benton Toups’s bi-monthly series for the Journal and was written by Kara Gansmann, a fellow Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (Cranfill Sumner) colleague.
The first article of this special series about the ACA was published on June 1, and Kara wrote the article to help provide overview and insights to employers about the ACA.
Benton and Kara are attorneys based in the Wilmington office of Cranfill Sumner. Benton is the Vice-Chair of the Employment Law Practice Group at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP, and Kara has helped business clients navigate healthcare laws under the Affordable Care Act, including specifically those employers with variable hour employees.
