Q. Shanté Martin was featured in the December 2021 Issue of CCLink, a publication of the North Carolina Association of Community College Trustees.

Shanté’s article, “The Danger of Open Meetings Violations,” discusses the Open Meetings Law as it pertains to community college boards of trustees and how the failure to follow COVID-19 State of Emergency modifications to the Open Meetings Law can potentially threaten the sustainability of certain board actions.
