Rebecca Knudson served as moderator of the Faculty Roundtable Discussion at The Harmonie Group’s 2026 Fall Conference, held September 24-26 in Las Vegas. The conference was organized around the theme, “High Stakes Claims: Strategy, Risk, and Real-World Results in a Shifting Landscape,” and brought together defense counsel, corporate counsel, insurance professionals, claims administrators, and other industry leaders from across North America to discuss emerging challenges in litigation, risk management, and dispute resolution.

The Faculty Roundtable built upon topics discussed throughout the conference’s educational sessions, providing panelists an opportunity to share practical perspectives and real-world experiences regarding complex claims and litigation matters. As moderator, Rebecca led a discussion among representatives of corporate legal departments, insurance carriers, claims organizations, and other stakeholders regarding evolving expectations of counsel, litigation strategy, risk assessment, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in litigation and claims management. Panelists discussed the challenges facing businesses and their advisors in an increasingly complex legal environment and offered practical strategies for achieving successful outcomes in high-stakes disputes.
