Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Rob Griffin recently completed training for Mediator Certification and is now a Certified Superior Court Mediator with the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
“Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in hundreds of mediations, and I look forward to combining my more than 30 years of first-hand experience with my mediator certification training to better serve our clients,” said Rob, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner.
Rob serves as Chair of the Cranfill Sumner Trucking and Commercial Transportation Practice Group and also co-Chair of the Civil Litigation Section. He now concentrates his practice in the defense of trucking and commercial transportation claims and lawsuits and has litigated dozens of trials, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University.
