Stephanie Gaston Poley, a Partner at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (Cranfill Sumner), was elected to membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

The FDCC is an organization of leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction. According to its website, the FDCC is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.

FDCC membership is by nomination only and must be approved by the organization’s Board of Directors.  There are 1,400 members from the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe and Puerto Rico.

Poley is the Chair of the Cranfill Sumner Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Group and Vice Chair of the firm’s Premises Liability Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
