Steven Bader, an attorney with Cranfill Sumner LLP, served on a panel discussion at the 2023 Fall Seminar for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) on Oct. 6.
The panel discussion, “Pivotal Cases: Insights and Analysis,” covered the most important cases of the past few years involving instances where NCADA was asked to appear as amicus curiae. The panel was comprised of attorneys who wrote briefs on behalf of NCADA in these cases.
