Rachael is a paralegal in the firm’s Charlotte office. She supports Lee Poole and Q. Shanté Martin in civil litigation and Education Law matters. Rachael attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice. She began working in the legal field in 2014 and has worked several diverse roles. Rachael is proficient in day-to-day tasks as well as more rigorous projects, including trial preparation.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys being outdoors, trying new foods, spending time with family and volunteering for nonprofit organizations in Charlotte.
