Ryan Bolick and Kayla McDaniel recently hosted the “Gender Identity & Accommodations In the Workplace” webinar through PLAN.

On March 7, they discussed a recent ruling by the Fourth Circuit regarding gender dysphoria and certain forms of gender identity disorders which are now considered covered disabilities under the ADA and may require accommodations. They discussed the impact this has to Title VII regarding employees and gender identity and potential impacts on employers.
