On June 1, Charlie Raphun presented “Ten Things To Know About Working In-house” as a Learn Over Lunch event for the Wake County Bar Association.

The event discussed best practices for transitioning from a traditional law firm role to working as an attorney in a legal department of a business. It covered reasons for working in-house, important skill sets, work habits, ethical considerations, when to make the move, and other related-topics.

Charlie is Of Counsel at Cranfill Sumner LLP and is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
