Charlie Raphun has been selected to join the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
Charlie is a commercial and technology law attorney, with over 25 years of experience in the engineering, software, telecommunications and information services industries. He provides transactional services and pragmatic counsel to businesses and individual clients, and he is similarly skilled at developing and implementing compliance programs, processes for managing intellectual property portfolios, litigation, and risk management systems.
The IADC is an invitation-only association of peer-reviewed members. It was created in 1920 and works to enhance the development of skills, professionalism, and camaraderie of its members.
Charlie is Of Counsel with Cranfill Sumner LLP and is based in the firm’s Raleigh office.
